In the beginning there was ICQ, but soon it’s pool dried out. Msn Messenger quickly became more and more popular, mostly because it came standard with Microsoft’s Windows.
Windows Live Messenger celebrates this month its 10th anniversary in Belgium. According to Microsoft, its still the most popular communication channel in Belgium and the world.
